What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site we collect the information you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, and — on the contact page — your company, your role, the services you selected, and the message you wrote.

Our web host records standard server logs for every visitor, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs exist for security and reliability and are not used to build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to prepare for a consultation, and to follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

If you become a client, information you share with us is used to deliver and report on the work you have engaged us for.

Who we share it with

We share your information with service providers who operate this website and our email and business systems, strictly so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

We do not share your enquiry with advertising platforms.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes — for example if web analytics or a conversion pixel is added — this page will be updated to say so before the change goes live.

Your browser may store items needed for the site to function. You can block or delete these through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to them and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts plus the period our tax and legal obligations require.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we do not ask for sensitive information — payment details, government identifiers or health information — through this website, and you should not send them through it.

Children

This site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than slipped in.
