  • Grant PMG access to your social media accounts

    Depending on the level social media services you have selected, you’ll need to grant administrative rights to PMG on at least one of the following social networks. We’ve provided the steps below that will allow you to connect with us online and allow us access to your social media accounts.

    Please be as specific as possible. Include any and all ideas, requirements, and specification as well as the intended use of the logo (webiste, print, letterhead, signage, etc.) You will receive one concept for each of the following platforms: Google+, Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.

    Assign a contact person for day-to-day issues

    We monitor and respond to reviews/messages/comments with pre-approved messaging. In the event that a particularly disparaging review, or question that we don’t know the answer to comes up, it’s best to have a team member whom we can contact to help resolve the situation.

    Add links to your social media profiles on your website and in email signatures

  • Take your social media to the next level with a “Social Ambassador”

    Candid photos, completed projects, new hires, special events, and more make great social media content and help us tell your brand’s story online. Since we can’t spend every day with you (as much as we’d like to!) we recommend designating a team member to be your “Social Ambassador” and take photos for use on your social sites. All they need is a smart phone and a desire to be part of the company’s online rise to fame!

    Note*: Once we have received administrative access to your social accounts, we will send a confirmation email. The email will also include information that we have collected about your business for verification purposes, as well as instructions for sharing your digital assets and other information with us.


    FACEBOOK
    1. Click Settings at the top of your Page
    2. Click Page Roles in the left column
    3. Enter getsocial@mpinsights.com into the form box
    4. Ensure that Editor is selected in the dropdown menu
    5. Click Save and enter your password to confirm
    TWITTER
    Unlike the other social networks listed here, Twitter doesn’t have a built-in function for assigning multiple managers to an account. The easiest, most effective way for us to gain access to your Twitter profile is to receive your username and password (email to getsocial@mpinsights.com). Rest assured, this information will be held only by your account manager and will not be shared outside our organization.
    GOOGLE+
    1. Log in to your company’s Google+ page and go to the About tab
    2. Click the Settings cog wheel in the upper right-hand side of your screen
    3. In the panel that appears, click Managers
    4. Click the Add names or email addresses field, enter getsocial@mpinsights.com into the form, and click Invite
